Gracious God, we pray for women around the world who face barriers that make it difficult for them to feed their children or participate fully in society. Empower our Nazarene brothers and sisters in Ghana, Liberia, and Ethiopia as they work to bring about life-altering change for the women and girls in their community through education and vocational training. A CORPORATE CALL TO PRAYER
Acts 4:31 tells of God’s empowerment of the Early Church in response to corporate prayer. We seek such divine enabling in our church family’s mission and invite all to engage in daily prayer for such at 4:31 p.m. Set a reminder and pray.

The suggested sentence prayer for this week:
Gracious God, in your tender mercy, you have redeemed our weakness with your strength, our sin with your forgiveness, our fear with your rescue, our darkness with your light, and our turmoil with your peace, so that we might be your people and serve you and our neighbors in love. Cause us to do so more and more. Amen.
