A CORPORATE CALL TO PRAYER
Acts 4:31 tells of God’s empowerment of the Early Church in response to corporate prayer. We seek such divine enabling in our church family’s mission and invite all to engage in daily prayer for such at 4:31 p.m. Set a reminder and pray.
The suggested sentence prayer for this week:
Gracious God, you never forsake those who rely on your mercy, but you resist the proud who confide in their own strength. Spirit, lead us to be still and pray and follow as our Savior leads, so we may glow with the sufficiency of your presence, not with the flurry of our activity. Amen.
